I've been a client since 2017 when Rodney called me about my newly issued Authority. I was having a challenge (2 weeks of slow walking?) getting quotes from bigger players and Rodney swooped in and walked me through the process, pricing and literally got a quote within 10 minutes. I have since refered numerous individuals to engage with Rodney, regardless of becoming firm clients like I am to him, and he has been gracious to advice (if outside his market) and even have them covered, if in his market. In fact, my neighbor who is in moving business always thanks me for hooking him up with Rodney. He says the days of waiting for COI to be sent, so he can book a load are long gone.
