I didn’t want to make this review because I wanted to keep Rodney as my secret weapon, but I decided to share the wealth with the rest of the world…lol I’ve been dealing with insurance for quite some time. Rodney is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in this industry. He was able to get me an extremely fair rate and educated me on everything involving my policy so I could be aware going forward. I've been a client since 2017 when Rodney called me about my newly issued Authority. I was having a challenge (2 weeks of slow walking?) getting quotes from bigger players and Rodney swooped in and walked me through the process, pricing and literally got a quote within 10 minutes. I have since refered numerous individuals to engage with Rodney, regardless of becoming firm clients like I am to him, and he has been gracious to advice (if outside his market) and even have them covered, if in his market. In fact, my neighbor who is in moving business always thanks me for hooking him up with Rodney. He says the days of waiting for COI to be sent, so he can book a load are long gone. I realize this is a long review, but it's a long overdue review of my pleasure of having Rodney on my side. I consider him my "silent business partner" for all the questions I've thrown at him, and the fact that I'm the envy of my trucking colleagues, when we discuss insurance premiums amongst ourselves. The advice received from Rodney has had a direct and positive impact to my cost of insurance. Yes, I know I'm the operator & owner of my business, but Rodney has been a guiding hand on the "Do & Don't" aspects of what it takes to avoid or minimize high premiums.
